Customer Service Agent - Canada

 

British Airways uses a comprehensive selection process to gather information about you as a candidate. Your online application may take up to half an hour (30 minutes) to complete.
 
The application process will include the following steps:
 
Step 1:
You will be asked to register by entering your email address and creating a password. This is to ensure your unique identity in the application process. You will be asked to provide some personal information, such as your name, address and telephone number.
 
Step 2:
You will be asked to submit an electronic copy of your resume. 
 
Step 3:
Also, you will be asked to complete a prequalification questionnaire which helps us identify your skills and experience as it relates to the job you are applying to. This phase will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
 
Step 4:
If your qualifications meet the requirements for the position, you will proceed to our online testing process. British Airways' online assessment process includes a cognitive ability and personality assessment components. This phase of the selection process will take approximately 30 minutes.

We currently have the following types of positions available:
  • Part-time positions: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week with two days off each week.

Language Requirements:
All applicants must be fluent in English.

Holiday Work:
You will be required to work most holidays as we are a 365 days per year operation to meet the needs of our customers.

Medical benefits
Pay rate $12.93 per hour plus a shift differential of .45 cents an hour.
